Dr. Bledsoe was the Worst primary care doctor I have seen. She was dismissive, uncaring and unempathetic. I came to her as a new patient with multiple medical issues and provided her with all of my past medical history and she treated me as unimportant and did not take any thing I told her seriously. There were multiple miscommunications in the office and it took me almost 3 weeks to get a referral. The doctor that I had the referral for was not available for 3 weeks, and upon requesting her to help me until I could get into the preffered specialist doctor she gave me the brush off. Her office staff told me she would personally call me multiple times and yet she never called. Just treated me as unimportant and left me discouraged. What an extreme disappointment.

Seen at Charleston Intermountain facility for cardiac symptoms. NP Bledsoe was interested, unhurried, efficient and arranged for appropriate testing and referral to a cardiologist. The visit couldn't have gone more smoothly. As a retired physician, I was quite impressed with the experience.
