Jessica Bedell, LMHC

I've been working with Jessica for 3 years.  She has helped me work through and redirect unhelpful thought patterns without judgement.  She is easy to talk to, understanding, and will help guide the session if you're anxious or don't know where to start.

We have worked with Jessica for the past five years. She’s nothing short of amazing! She’s not afraid to bravely correct you when needed and give advice that may be tough to hear. She’s always incredibly responsive and generous with her time. I’ve referred others to her who are equally pleased!

I’ve been working with Jess for a few years now and I have always felt like I was in a comfortable and supportive place. I’ve always felt like I could be myself and be honest with her. Most importantly I never felt like I was alone in my feelings or experiences. She has always been professional, yet the environment has always been casual and welcoming. I would certainly recommend working with her.

Jessica is an amazing LMHC. Our daughter suffers from severe anxiety and a few years ago she was diagnosed with Pediatric Conversion Disorder. She has been seeing Jessica since the diagnosis and she has helped our daughter so much. Jessica has not only helped our daughter but has helped us to understand the mental health symptoms and how to help our daughter cope with it. We would highly recommend Jessica and we are very grateful to have her as our daughters LMHC.

Teenage life is more challenging than ever. COVID. Cell phones. Instant info. Too much info. Peer pressure. Academic expectations. Teens are overwhelmed. Jessica being a middle school counselor for many years has great insight into preteens and teen issues of today. She has rapport with my teen. She listens. She guides and advises. Most if all, she understands. My teen has been working with Jessica for 8 months. Jessica is teaching her to cope effectively in the many face of stressors. It’s a work in progress. One step forward, two steps back. Therapy takes time. We are so glad Jessica is in her corner.

Jess is by far one of the best out there. She is incredibly personable, honest, attentive, and you can clearly tell she cares about her clients. She has helped me make so much personal progress that other mental health professionals couldn't. Not only does she have an excellent skill set, but her character and personality makes my sessions genuinely enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to all friends and family, or anyone desiring a counselor.

Jessica Bedell is a wonderful caring person. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I know this first hand. She has been seeing my child for several years. My child can talk to Jessica about anything that is on my child's mind and helps my child deal with school, family and social issues. She is always there for us.
