We patiently waited 8 weeks for my sons appointment, we were so happy when we finally got one. On the day of the appointment the link that she provided us did not work and she would not reschedule us but rather referred us out to someone else. I am absolutely shocked and disappointed to say the least. I serve as an executive board member for a non profit in Westchester that serves families, if someone was seeking help we would never waste their time and our employees would never behave in this manner. Shameful. Do yourself and your family a favor and find someone else.
