Dr. Jerry Northcutt, OD

2013 and before I recommended to everybody I knew, gave them loads of business! Love the staff and the doctor Dr. Northcutt is great, however his new 2024 office staff & lens company has a lot to be desired. The lens company was not able to make my new lenses, and I was told I would be receiving a refund in May 2024, this is now February 2025 and I still have not received my refund. Over they look course at last year I have been trying to get my refund, and I have been left on hold for over 10 minutes at a time,

I’ve gone to Northcutt for years for both of my children and after today I won’t return. My son’s glasses have been with them for 3 weeks and we still had not been notified of them being ready. I’ve tried calling and left messages to not be returned or left on hold. Today I was left on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called again. The same lady that left me on hold the first time answered again and proceeded to ask what the call was for and I advised what I was needing. She put me on hold again and this time for 6 minutes to only come back answering the phone as if she didn’t know I was on hold and had me explain again what I was needing. This was the same one who answered the first time. Then she puts me on hold again to come back and say glasses are ready. I told her we have been waiting and she confirms a text was sent out but I told her I received nothing and my sons eyes have been hurting and she only appeared to have sounded as if that wasn’t a bother.

LOVE Dr. Northcutt and his staff! I've been going to him for the past 20 years. Dr. Northcutt takes time with his patients and isn't rushed. The nurses are always smiling and ready to help pick out glasses with you. I've never had payment issues or a problem scheduling appointments.

Can't make an appointment, phone number doesn't work. Tried several times on several days!
