The first few visits went alright, he didn’t seem to take the concerns I had for my son very seriously but I continued with the visits because the first 3 were covered by my insurance. They required a debit card on file and stated that it would be $50 per visit after using what was covered by my insurance. Being a single mother and not having a lot of extra money lying around, my mother stepped in and gave them her debit card information. They confirmed with her that it would be $50 as well. One visit later, they charge my mother’s debit card $180 without her consent. We have called and emailed trying to get answers and they refuse to call back or provide an explanation for the charges, then sent her an invoice, claiming it wasn’t paid. We are in the process of filing a dispute with the bank, which has been unsuccessful.
