we've tried contacting Jenny for about 6 months, completed the intake & have been waiting for the summary evaluation. and we are still waiting for a reply!!!

I hired Jenny 16 Mar 2022 conducted an intake and provided requested questionnaire answers. Jenny was supposed to provide a summary evaluation. To date, after numerous request, she has yet to provide a copy of the evaluation to my current treatment provider. She has promised several times she would complete the evaluation and send it. Jenny is a sweet person, but in my particular case her word has not meant anything. She has never followed through with anything she said she would do.

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Listened & answered questions
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
What could be improved
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
