Contacted regarding a referral and services and why we had not been contacted in a timely fashion since the original referral had been sent, was blown off that we contacted before they had a chance to respond. Asked to be put on a waitlist was told it was a 6 month wait. 11 months later I contacted again to find out what was going on, and was told they didn't take our insurance from 11 months prior (Mind you we had both changed insurance and added supplemental insurance in that time) so they never bothered to contact us. All around poor communication, organization, and lack of concern. Avoid if there are other options.
