I tried several weigh loss programs--yet reached plateausI and couldn't get passed them. I sought out nutritionist. The stars were aligned when I chose Ms. Baptiste. The moment I walked into her office ,She was so open and friendly. She's a very good listener. I trusted her immediately. She's customized a plan for me . She is very determined that you succeed and has the knowledge and tools to reach it.

Jennilyn is extremely knowledgeable and has a warm and friendly disposition. She encourages you through the nutrition awareness process and gives you plenty of information with regards to replacing the bad meals for healthier choices. I would highly recommend her.

Ms. Baptiste has helped me learn how to properly nourish my body. Her sessions were effective in supporting my nutritional goals. She was readily available for all the questions and concerns that I had. I felt comfortable and at ease with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a well informed, thorough nutritionist.
