I read some of the reviews and could not identify more! Straight to the point, Jenn didn’t show up to our second session. Previous to this appointment, there were scheduling conflicts and I had to postpone prior engagements to make it. When she didn’t show up it felt very disrespectful of my time, I was discouraged, and honestly sad. In my opinion, not professional especially when you’re doing this type of work. Luckily I found a therapist who understands my conflicts and is helping me develop the skills to overcome them.

I chose to work with Jenn through Grow Therapy. There were technical issues with the first session. The second session she cancelled because she caught 'cooties' from her son and the third we had technical issues again. She insisted the technical issues were on my side even though my internet worked all morning for other telemeetings. I reached out, she didnt respond, so the rest of the day is a '?' of what's going on. The next day, she sent me a message canceling me. I'm hurt and confused. Therapy is not easy, as she says in her blurb. Glad she ghosted me up front.

I think something happened to her. She stopped showing up to appointments and won’t answer any calls texts or emails. If anyone knows what’s going on post it here please. She stopped showing up in March 2024

I saw Jenn through Mind to Mindfull. I had a great experience with the first appointment, however she did not show up to any of our next appointments without offering any explanation. When I called Mind to Mindful, I was told that Jenn had been telling them we had completed sessions that we did not. Jenn had also told them different times and dates than what her and I had agreed upon via text message. Consequently, my insurance was billed for sessions that did not occur. After learning this I tried to contact Jenn for an explanation, but she ghosted me. I have reported Jenn to the California Board of Behavioural Sciences.

I've been working with Jennifer for 3 years now. My anxiety and depression are so much more manageable now. I really appreciate that she allows for texts in between sessions. So glad I found her.

Jenn has been great to work with. She has a down to earth feeling about her like you're talking to a friend but more direct and insightful. I see her through Mind to Mindful. I am really happy I got matched with her.

I've seen Jennifer for 3 years now. She has helped me figure out a lot that was holding me back. She keeps things topic focused and isn't afraid to challenge my thinking about things.
