Excellent Provider
I left optum several months ago, however I found myself at optum urgent care with my daughter over the weekend. We were lucky enough to be seen by Jennifer Taylor. She was kind and caring and listened to all of my concerns. She was very patient with my anxious toddler and made her feel comfortable during the appointment. I left the appointment feeling very confident in Nurse Taylor’s care plan. 10/10
