I encountered Ms. Shoup for the first time on 7 February 2016 at Swedish Redmond Urgent Care. I will never allow my child to be treated by her again. She seemed to use guesswork to reach a plan of treatment and then seemed to want to use the treatments to determine the diagnosis. When I questioned her about ordering a chest x-ray for an 11-year old, she brushed it off saying less radiation than at the airport. Things only got worse. So we ran away. Went to Children's instead.
