I had a very disappointing experience with Ms Semmelroth and her office. From the start, the staff was disorganized and unhelpful. I had to wait weeks just to get an appointment, and when I arrived, I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled time with no communication from the front desk. The whole time she seemed rushed and dismissive, barely listening to my concerns before jumping to conclusions. Instead of thoroughly discussing my symptoms and possible treatment options, I felt like she were more focused on getting to the next patient. When I asked questions, I was given vague responses that didn’t address my concerns. To make matters worse, follow-up communication was terrible. I had to call multiple times to get test results, and when I finally got a response, it was incomplete and unhelpful. Find another doc!

Don’t understand why this PA is still practicing. She seems to hate her job and it shows.

I was so fortunate to get a virtual appointment with Jennifer Semmelroth on the same day I called. I had been dealing with GI issues for quite some time and was pretty desperate for some medical help. Jennifer was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to read all the pre-visit forms I completed and was actually familiar with my history and my symptoms. She ordered a CT scan right away and I was able to get the imaging within 2 weeks. Her office called me shortly thereafter to review the results and schedule another necessary test. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was possibly better than any doctor I've seen. She was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and seemed to genuinely care about my well-being. What I've been dealing with was taking a big toll on my emotional health and the fact that she cared enough to recognize it means a lot to me. I would recommend her to anyone needing a GI evaluation.
