Jennifer Schallert, NP

Jen Shallert promised to call my prescriptions in to Caremark several times, starting in Jan. They were finally called in on June 4 by someone else. I repeatedly asked Jen to call them in bc I can't drive and had no way to pick up the meds from the local pharmacy. She told me not to drive bc of my medical problems and I didn't. (I don't even have a car that runs bc I can't drive.) She repeatedly promised to call the mail order pharmacy. Every time. She'd be so cheerful and promise to do it quickly bc she knew I needed the meds. Yet she never called in my meds. She was so concerned about my BP that she made me comin into the office for a BP check yet didn't order my BP (or other meds) even tho I told her that I was out or almost out of every med (bc she hadn't called them in as she'd promised). She seems really nice but she doesn't follow through with her promises. There seems to be no way to communicate with her supervisor to let her know that Jen is not doing this part of her job.
