Jennifer is very easy to talk to and knew my history. She was understanding about my issues with my insurance and she worked out a second option if my insurance didn't approve my preferred one. I would highly recommend her.

I made a mistake about the time of my appointment (I thought it was 4 p.m. When it was actually 3 p.m.). Jenny Schauve was very gracious and did another patient before me, and still saw me when I arrived about 3:40. I really appreciate that. The staff at the desk and the nurse who checked me in went a little bit overboard in scolding me for my mistake.
