I am very happy with my appointment. I was allowed the time to ask all of my concerns. I explained that I need comprehension of what was going on. She was very thorough when explaining things to me. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Knowledgeable, Patient & Thorough
NP Jennifer Scales was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable during my visit. She provides much clarity that I didn’t get from the physician (although I think the physician was fine but just a bit rushed and different personality). Jennifer did not rush the appt and was very kind. I would highly recommend her!
