HORRIBLE!!! Condescending, patronizing, and obnoxious. She should NEVER be allowed to work with people in any way. No people skills at all. We brought my 82 yr old father to the ER by EMS after a fall. They did xrays. 2 broken ribs. Also did 2 xrays of his knee, which took a big impact. Said they saw no breaks or fractures, BUT they did not order an MRI which should've been done because the blood/fluid/swelling of his knee could have obscured damage on an XR. Also told us he did not meet the criteria for admission, despite his total inability to move. She didn't care, and didn't want to hear any reservations or problems we had with being able to care for him. Her whole attitude was "Sucks to be you, huh!?!" SHE IS THE WORST. If I had a choice between her and a first year medical student, I'd take my chances with the student before I'd ever have a thing to do with her again!!! HMH needs to fire her right now!!

she is a very rude woman and made me feel stupid for coming into the emergency room. made smart remarks and was very rough during examination.
