Her Rx and diagnosis was completely wrong. I told her the rx she gave me was not right as I could not see clearly. She said my eyes would adjust and refused to change my rx back to the old one I saw fine with. I ended up seeing a medical optometrist who ran much more thorough tests in my eyes and completely contradicted what Dr. Nguyen had told me, then I had to pay for the correct rx (since I already used my insurance benefit with Dr. Nguyen) so I could see. Absolutely worst optometry experience of my life.
