I was the advocate for my 91 year old relative with severe hearing deficiencies and a myriad of medical, social and economic challenges.Jennifer engaged the patient in a focused but caring fashion ... thorough and never rushing.With kind understanding she skillfully cajoled the patient into agreeing to make some much needed social adjustments.She reviewed and assessed the patient’s med list and made appropriate changes then sent the request to the pharmacy during the appointment.She was sensitive to the possible economic impact of changes and said to let her know if the change in meds was an economic burden.Linda, her MA, was extremely skilled and efficient.Both demonstrated remarkable patience with an elderly man.

Dr Nelson axtually listens to you she does not play guinie pig she is very good at her job, she is the best Doc ive been to in the last 20 yrs. Would not trade her for nooo one else !!
