I live in Columbia area but had to go to Trident Burn Clinic. I voiced my concerns about my burn I received on my foot and how I was not sure if I wanted to go to surgery. The way she talked to me was so rude! I felt afraid to even voice my concerns because she would not see where I'm coming from. I have grandkids at home I take care of. Then when she leaves the room, you can hear her talking rudely about other patients to her office staff. Please, get someone who actually cares about patients and does not talk rudely behind their back!
