Jennifer McCullugh, NP

I would avoid using Mid-Columbia Dermatology for anything serious or that needs speed. Particularly I would avoid working with Jennifer McCullough, she has an immature take on medical discussions which makes it difficult to discuss nuance health issues, because she turns everything into an argument. In my case in particular, I am young with a compromised immune system and a disability - and explaining this seemed to come off to her as a challenge to her medical opinions. It's not a serious office if you have serious concerns. And shed doesn't have the emotional maturity to handle medical practices in my opinion.

Staff answering the phone talked over me. They say they will send your prescriptions over and do not. They take a long time to get back to you. You have to call and bug them to get things done. The wait times are terrible and then when you do get into the office they are in such a rush to get in and out that you are trying to ask questions as she is trying to leave the room. Not sure why I stayed for the 2 years I did.

Jennifer McCullugh, NP is the BEST! She is highly skilled as evidenced by my consistently excellent results. A visit with Jennifer (such a knowledgeable and personable person) is always pleasant. The entire staff are polite. A shout out to Brandi Donahue, MA-C; what a great assistant. Thanks for all you do ladies
