Seems more interested in collecting cash fees than helping clients. A number of mistakes were made on the client input sheet, resulting in faulty settings on the neuro-feedback machine, wasting time and money, yet no effort was made to make any adjustments for that. Failed to submit our out-of network claims, even though we were told they had been submitted.
