She seemed to be more concerned that she asked for batteries for her computer mouse than what service I wanted All I asked for was a single vision lens for distance and explained I used over the counter reading glasses she thought that was being cheap and told me when I want Real readers she could have them made She also told me I needed to have my eyes dilated to complete the exam otherwise she wouldn’t give me my Prescription so I got up and left went to another Dr and received my exam without dilation and a new pair of glasses for half the price

Staff was no help when picking out frames. After I received the glasses I was hand a card at the door and asked if I could read it, I said yes. i was told come back with any problems. I came back in 30 minutes because the reading area was too small. I was told that it was because the frames I chose. That would have been useful information when I was looking at frames. I was also told that there are no refunds especially if I went through insurance. So $500 for useless glasses.
