Dr. Jennifer Livelli, AUD CCC-A

I have been a long-term patient of Dr. Livelli and saw her most recently on 12/07/20 for my yearly hearing test and hearing aid adjustments. As always, Dr. Livilli is very thorough, patient and professional. She is an excellent listener and makes every effort to help me get the maximum benefit from my hearing aids. She is also enthusiastic and friendly and I imagine she would be very effective with children. She certainly is with seniors such as myself, even helping with technology issues! I would recommend her unconditionally. In this year of COVID, just want to mention that the office and staff are very covid compliant/conscious and take appropriate measures to ensure health and safety. I felt very comfortable.

Jennifer was thorough, courteous, professional and provided a lot of confidence in her work. She explained each step thoroughly as well as explaining the results of the testing, and carefully and competently made changes that improved the performance of my hearing aids, and as a result, greatly improved my hearing ability. I was very pleased overall with the visit and with her competence in helping me.

I find Dr. Livelli’s personality to be personable and caring. She listens intently to what is on my mind, and is complete with details throughout testing and their reviews. Explanations of current test results are clearly compared to previous tests so that I can understand changes if there were any. Options that Dr. Livelli provides to me helps me make sound decisions so at the conclusion of the process I remain satisfied.
