My husband and I had six sessions with Jennifer. I liked her so much. She was upbeat, friendly, and helpful to me.Unfortunately, after the six sessions she texted me for the next four appointments and said either she or her son was ill. This went on for two months. Finally, I texted her and told her I would contact her after the holidays. I did, asking for an appointment in January....no response. I followed up with another text, no response. I actually would have gone back to her.Jennifer if you read this, please take some advice from someone who was grateful for your services. All I wanted was a response. For whatever reason you could not continue, I did not need to know. I continue to pray for you as I can only imagine there is a reason for the lack of communication with a client.

After our initial meeting, she failed to arrive at our zoom meetings, and claimed that there was a sudden family emergency. I understood this, but for the next few weeks, she just disappeared completely and didn’t respond to any of my emails.

My son's mom passed away when he was nine. I was looking for some therapeutic support for him while he was going through the grieving process. She agreed to provide services. The initial meeting went well. Nothing remarkable either good or bad. the next appointment, she was not there. Knowing that a myriad of things can go wrong, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. When we next made contact on the phone she apologized saying that they had a sudden family emergency. I figured this was the case.
