I went to my PCP for a physical and was greeted by this professional. I think that she was very thorough and answered my questions and listened to my concerns. She encouraged me to continue to pursue the issue I had with my shoulder. I had run into a stumbling block after an encounter with an orthopedic surgeon. I heeded her advice and had a rotator cuff repaired. I plan on seeking her for my next physical exam.

Jennifer Jerome, APRN was exactly what you want from a health care provider. She was professional, knowledgeable, caring and made me feel at ease. I worked at Hospital as a Patient Representative and Customer Service educator and Jennifer exceeded what I consider to be great health care provider.
