Treated me like a drug seeker/abuser I went to my local Drs Care in Rock Hill, SC today with a bad cough and was diagnosed with bronchitis. I have been to this location a couple of times in the past; my last visit being in September 2018 with the same diagnosis as today. I asked for a cough medicine with something in it to help me sleep as this was the same medication I was prescribed for this last time I was there for the same thing. I been seeing Mrs. Haines about two years and she's a wonderful person and a Great PA-C! I will miss her when she leaves.?? I'm just heart broken. Nancy

Jennifer Haines was extremely rude, she didn't listen to a word I said, She lied and because of her thinking she is"Miss Thing"my quality of life has quickly gone down hill,I can't work do to the extreme pain I am in and she could care less, she knows that she can control you and I strongly believe her being able to have that control over people has gone to her head.She spoke to me like I was so beneath her,she rolled her eyes she truly needs to get herself more educated on how medications work.

This woman is AWFUL! If you are forced to see this crappy PA and she gives you a hard time demand to speak to Dr G if he is your attending doctor. He has better courtesy and bedside manner than she ever will. She's rude, and she doesn't know anything about pain management do yourself a favor and don't go to her do whatever you have to do to see anyone except her!

Jennifer Haynes was very rude and spoke down to me. I would not recommend any one to see her. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. I have been going to CB&J for years and have always been treated with respect until I saw Jennifer Haynes.
