I had a scheduled appointment at 3:30pm. I called at 3:10 to let receptionist know I would be 10 to 15 min late due(kim) to being stuck in traffic. She stated that if I'm not there by 3:40 then she would have to ask Jennifer Fortune if I need to reschedule. ( not very friendly I might add) I got there at 3:42 and was told to wait while she went to ask..came back and said Jennifer Fortune said I needed to reschedule. There was not a single person in the waiting room. I drove 45 min to the appt. I know everyone's time is valuable, and I was kind enough to call ahead. Funny, when they are behind..we as patients wait patiently. I will not be back and then had the nerve to send me a no show letter in mychart..there is a difference in a no show and being 12 min late and calling ahead to let you know I'm in traffic! I did not reschedule. I will be looking for another Doctor.

JENNIFER HAS BEEN GREAT ASSISTING ME WITH ALL OF MY HEALTH ISSUES. SHE LISTENS AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING SO THAT I LEAVE WITH A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT MY OPTIONS ARE. HER AND HER STAFF ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO MY APPOINTMENTS.
