Finally, after years of therapy, I found someone that gets me. I've come a long way thanks to her help and guidance. I highly recommend her.

I am a recent new patient of Dr Dugans. While it was difficult to get in to see her, I am so glad I waited. She is so kind and compassionate and has been helping me figure out some very tough decisions in this very difficult time of my life. She’s smart but approachable. She’s a great psychologist and also does other great things like presentations and helping companies in emergencies when an employee dies or there is a bank robbery or shooting. She fully discloses in her contract that she may have to cancel sometimes because of it, but she always makes accommodations to work around these crises. Again, thanks Dr Dugan for truly caring and being there for me in my darkest hour...

I have been in therapy for most of my adult life. Dr Dugan was genuinely able relate to my current problems. She is down to earth, smart, and caring. She is helping me develop the necessary tools so I can navigate through this very difficult time in my life. I left her office feeling more hopeful than I have in a long time. I will definitely see her on a regular basis moving forward.

She is a lovely lady but completely unreliable, and clearly has a lot going on in her personal life. She is incapable of helping anyone else or being consistent.

Dr. Dugan calls me back right away when I have a problem that I need to deal with. I recommend her highly to all of my friends are looking for an excellent therapist. She sometimes has emergencies but she always gets back to me and reschedule is right away. I highly highly recommend her!

Dr. Dugan was amazing! She helped me in ways that no other psychologists have been able to. She is down to earth, warm and easy to talk to. And she is so knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of help. The only problem is it’s hard to get into because she’s so in demand !! But well worth the wait !

Seeking a customer experience that compares unfavorably with the DMV? Well, look no further. Be prepared to languish while this unorganized, unprofessional provider confirms she is accepting new patients, takes your personal information, and strings you along for months only to inform you, upon yet another customer-initiated inquiry, that she is unable to schedule you. Dugan may offer a better experience for her current clients, but as a prospective client, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr. Dugan is the only psychologist I have ever really liked. As a human being she is kind hearted, and has excellent suggestions to deal with stress, anxiety, hopelessness and despair.

Dr. Dugan is the first mental health professional who I felt completely comfortable with and trust. She really listens and gives her full attention to what I am saying then asks good, relevant questions. Dr. Dugan also suggests things I should work on (assignments) before our next appointment. Our time together is always very productive.

It is unbelievable how disorganized Dr. Dugan's office is. First, I did not receive a response to my initial inquiry for a couple of weeks. Then, after making an appointment which was 2 weeks in the future, the appointment was cancelled the day before because of a "conflict," a conflict which should have been apparent when the appointment was made 2 weeks prior. Then, I showed up for the next appointment and Dr. Dugan was not present. No apology for the no call no show. Go elsewhere.
