Dismissive, unreliable, aloof
I’m certain the only reason Jen works for Village Medicine is because she’s friends with the owner. The caliber of provider in this office is unmatched, which Jen being the exception. She is extremely disorganized, doesn’t listen well, never remembers what you talked to her about. She wastes 25% of the visit time fumbling around with technology or fixating on something personal. She also gets argumentative if you push back on any of her opinions or assumptions. It’s concerningly clear Jen doesn’t have a good grasp on naturopathic medicine either. She turns to everyone else in the office for interpretation and treatment plans. When she interprets on her own she misses critical data. For one of my conditions she told me there’s nothing I can do other than live with it. As soon as I switched to a new office I was put on a treatment plan that was immediately effective. My new doctor was shocked to hear about her lack of action on the very clear story my bloodwork was telling.

If you have more than one or two questions, Dr. Daniels will refuse to give you answers. She'll tell you that your appointment is only half an hour and that you'll need to come back and ask those questions on a different appointment. I will be looking for another doctor.
