Spoke via email was told she was going on vacation until the 1st of August. Shared personal information regarding my need for counseling and was told she would contact me soon with appointment schedule. 2 follow up emails later and many days since and i have yet to hear back from her. Super unprofessional way of operating. I would have preferred to be lied to and told there was no availability.
