Jennifer Chan has been incredible. Extremely easy to communicate with, attentive to all my needs, proactive in my care, and professional throughout the entire experience. Further, Jennifer has displayed empathetic bedside manner during one of the most distressing medical periods of my life. I'd rate my experience 11/10. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
