Jennifer Brown, FNP-C

I was a patient at Kendrick for over 18 years. Dr Gary Midla retired a couple of years ago and since then it's become incompetent. I've had 2 issues. Getting help to deal with issues is an exercise in adversarial combativeness. One simple billing/coding issue in Oct 2022 took over 3 months to even get someone to help. And the office staff gets upset. My last and final issue came when Jennifer Brown, my new PCP agreed to fill routine maintenance prescriptions transferred from a specialist's office who was filling them by mistake. J Brown agreed to write them, but then changed her mind and never told anyone. The office staff tried to explain why this was happening, but they are incompetent, not medically trained, and get defensive when you ask for real help. Anyway, J Brown refuses to fill the scrips after agreeing, refused to listen to my side of the story, and told me to find a new doc. Best medical advice I ever received.
