Jennifer spent more time with me in this one appointment than any other Dr has ever done in the past 5 years. Most previous appointments were 30 minutes or less. Jennifer spent nearly 1 1/2 hours with me. She retrieved and reviewed with me the MRIs and scans that were done in the past 4 years It was unbelievable.

Jennifer Bowman (PA) was excellent. She did a thorough exam checking for pain and balance. She looked at the MRI scans and showed me the fractures. She answered all of my questions. My hearing is poor, and she did a great job of making sure I understood what she said. Jennifer was professional. It was obvious that she was extremely knowledgeable. Jennifer was friendly and polite, and she has a great smile.

I was having a procedure done at San Juan. Wile laying in that big room waiting to get taken back to the surgery room and this is when covid was going around so I was by myself but I see Jennifer come up and say Hi and check up on me. By her doing that it made the whole surgery go by a lot Better. Just got to love Jennifer's bedside manner. Such a great person.

Thorough Exam and Knowledgeable
She was excellent at showing and explaining in detail the results of my MRI. She took time to ask many questions and the exam seemed to be very thorough. After the exam she consulted with the doctor, which resulted in a CT scan request to obtain more detailed information. She was very kind and easy to speak with.
