Top Notch Program
This is a wonderful program and I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about making some lifestyle changes to improve or maintain their health. I have had some significant health issues that cause a lot of musculoskeletal pain, stiffness, fatigue and some brain fog. I started to feel a reduction of these symptoms after the first two months with Sedona Naturopathic. I’ve recently completed the program and am happy to say that I have had a significant reduction in these symptoms to the point where I’ve been able to reduce some of my medications, exercise a lot more and have had the longest stretch of overall feeling well than I have had in years. I’ve also lost over 20 lbs and have dropped my cholesterol significantly and actually kicked my hypothyroid into gear and it is now functioning really well. I am 50 years young and excited about the future! The coaching calls helped keep me accountable and the learning modules were just awesome.
