Jennie listens intently, collaborates effectively, and gives patients what they need, whether it's finding resources, listening to your concerns, or working behind the scenes to help a patient. One Mayo nurse told us that Jennie is the doc she goes to when she needs to understand something- Jennie is definitely the BEST!
