No progress
She never returns calls even when we had an emergency. Our daughter has been seeing her for quite awhile and qe have seen no progress. Jenna is passive aggressive with therapy.

Caring
Dr. Yates cares. I gave her feedback about a couple of things that weren't working for me in our sessions, and she changed them. I feel heard. She's knowledgeable and answers my questions with detailed information when she can. If she doesn't know, she'll say so, rather than faking an answer to placate me. Her honesty is great. I've been able to work through PTSD and some anxiety with her support. I've also appreciated the testing she provides without pushing meds, because - again - she hears what I'm saying and respects it. '
