Just don’t
Jenna is strictly an “addiction” counselor. Even though she helped me through none of it, her therapeutic advice was to ship me off somewhere 3 different times. Remind you this woman used to be an IOP therapist. When I overcame my addiction, she said she “couldn’t help me with me body image issues” and again suggested I get shipped off to an eating disorder facility, even though I do not have an eating disorder. Do NOT waste your money on her.

Extremely cheap and inflexible
Jenna is extremely cheap and inflexible with her schedule. Absolutely terrible experience with her. I would never recommend anyone to use her services.

I was a patient of Jennas for 9 months when she dropped me suddenly after my ex girlfriend broke up with me. She provided one email with more therapist contacts and did not provide notes from our sessions or offer to help me transition. Her reasoning was that over my life I had experienced to much trauma and was I quote “too traumatize to treat”. This is something a therapist should never say to a patient. She abruptly dropped me without much more explanation and when I pressed her for more details threatened to contact the police for harassement. DO NOT USE THIS THERAPIST. She is not safe, or trustworthy.
