Left with more trauma than I came with
I worked with Jenna over a year ago and I will never forget my last session with her. I have a very hard time being vulnerable with others due to past trauma as I was opening up to her- she was TEXTING on her phone and giggling- not even paying attention to anything I was actually saying. She even paused the session to text back. I shut right up and shut down because I realized she didn’t actually care to help me. She realized I stopped talking and wouldn’t explain why so she ended our session early- not realizing what SHE did wrong. She should NOT be a therapist.
