Dr. Jenna Cravens, DNP

She seems very kind on the surface but my visit with her ended up being the worst I've ever had. She's very patronizing and condescending, as if you couldn't possibly know what your own body is doing. On the same token, she had absolutely no knowledge on the human body- for example, stating that I don't need my hormones checked, if I already know they're imbalanced which is quite possibly the most idiotic statement I've ever heard. She was "willing to help" but was sure to point out how unnecessary the tests I requested were and how much I should just consider taking anti-depressents and hormonal birth control (despite stating I've been on both, in multiple forms and it severely impacted my mental health in extremely negative ways). She seems great if you're looking for a prescription and dismissal of your health concerns. I've since gone on to find from a competent provider that I have an endocrine disorder that's effecting hormone regulation....so clearly I knew nothing.

Always takes her time to answer any question, great bedside manner! We are lucky to have her in Mountain Grove!
