I discovered Dr. Abell by chance and feel so blessed that I did. I came to her at a very low point in my life. I was struggling and had tried many other psychologists and treatments over the course of my life. Dr. Abell was the first psychologist that got me. She is caring, empathetic, funny, trustworthy and so very knowledgeable. She helped me move through a very difficult period of my life and helped me discover my true self. She was there supporting me through the tough parts and the joyous parts. I am forever grateful to her! Thank you Dr Abell!
