Annual hearing evaluation
Dr Douglas is professional and friendly. She takes the time to listen and then explain what can be done to improve my hearing aids. She is also on time for my appointments. Before seeing her I waited 20 to 30 minutes. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jenell Douglas - an excellent audiologist
Dr. Jenell Douglas is highly intelligent, professional, and very kind. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about her field, she understands how hearing loss impacts a person's quality of life. She patiently answers questions and offers suggestions and options to improve a person's situation. I trust her to provide the help I need to deal with my hearing loss.
