Great experience. Staff is very friendly. Dr. Yocum treats me like a human being and not a number. He explains in detail what he is doing and the reason. My entire family goes to Yocum Eye Care.

Not only did he not listen to me, he routinely interrupted me while I was talking. He also dilated my eyes without 1) telling me before or during and 2) ensuring i had someone to drive me home. And I never once saw anyone sterilize a single thing in the two hours I was in that office. All the other staff were really nice, but this was an overall very bad experience.

Dr. Yocum always takes the time to see me for a person and not just a patient. Our history has let him take care of my vision needs well. Hr even once offered to cancel a day trip to make sure he could look at me when I had an infection. That is dedication to service and care.

He is the nicest man I know. He even does stuff for the Special Olympics. I hited it when I had to switch. I have went to him since I was little. I would of rather switch dentists not eye doctors. Because, I did not know to have my records transferred to the new one. Having lasik surgery on my eyes 10 years ago; made me better. But, I can't read or use the computer with glasses on. That I need to only see far away. The surgery only lasted 8 years before having glasses again. I hate the new one.
