Jeff Todd was very thorough with my visit. He discussed with me the various options regarding my stenosis and arthritis in my back and neck, respectively. He and the staff I interacted with were polite and professional.

I normally don't leave reviews but I don't want anyone to experience what my daughter and I have experienced with this PA. My daughter had a back injury and he insisted for her to have an injection. After the injection didn't work he accused us of not telling him all of her symptoms prior to the injection then blamed us for the wrong treatment. From the very first day we saw him we told him all of her symptoms repeatedly over and over again. Not once did he look at her paperwork or address any of our concerns. Then after having an MRI the Radiologist found an injury to one of her discs and he said the Radiologist was wrong and her discs were perfectly normal. After getting a second opinion the Radiologist was obviously correct and Jeff Todd was the one who was wrong. Horrible bedside manner, doesn't listen to anything the patient nor parent has to say. Save your time and find someone who will take the time to listen to you and care about you. Jeff Todd is none of these things.
