Dr. Hughes is a very apt, kind and gentle spirit who really leaves you feeling both validated, but armed with new and more effective ways of thinking. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is, precisely what one expects from a psychologist. Relatable, supportive, challenging and generative of useful ways of understanding oneself and the lives that we live. His use of language is very effective. He is adroit at precisely nailing stuff. It is helpful in therapy to develop a language for things
