Dr Hill is the worse optometrist I have ever used; I would never refer another human being to him. I used him for 3 years, each time I completed the information stating that I was taking sinus medication and having dry eyes was my main complaint. He never in the past 2 years mentioned any type of relief for my dry eyes. Relying on the fact that he was a trained optometrist, I trusted that there wasn't anything he could do for my dry eye problem for the past 2 years. This year, May 2019, when he stated he'd finished my exam, I mentioned that the TV commercial for "Eye Care Associates" stated they were able to diagnose a specific type of dry eye. He looked at me and put the apparatus on his head with the light on and began to examine around the lids of my eye with a silver instrument, he then told me that my eyes were not producing enough oils around my eyelids. I sensed that he was angry and he told me that he was not going to wright a prescription because each time I call back.
