Jeffrey Greene, PA

I have seen Jeff many times. He works with Dr. William Lutes. Both men have treated my hip and knee issues. They both are excellent. Today, however, I need to say how awesome and kind Jeff has been. I recently moved across country. I wasn’t able to go for further treatment before I left. My life was crazy. I used the Aurora My Chart to contact Jeff. He responded quickly with the information I required. He actually answered twice, once to say we was going to talk to Dr. Lutes and again just a few hours later. He gave me the name of two specialist in my area. He has always listened. He has always explained. He is not just an excellent practitioner but an awesome human being. I can’t recommend him enough. The entire team is great.

Did not listen to a word said to him. Extremely argumentative. Does not remember previous interactions with you even if they have happened weekly. Will never admit when he is wrong and will walk away from conversations when he is proved wrong.

His ego is bigger and greater than his talents. One visit with him and he had me in tears. Told me 5x I was a complicated case and then he ordered physical therapy for the wrong shoulder. My disgust of him far exceeds my respect. NEWSFLASH MR. GREEN, NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE LIKES TO BE MADE TO FEEL SMALL! Neither you or the surgeon you work under will ever get my respect or my business! People call you Dr, you are no doctor, you are an arrogant, unsumpathetic man who cannot think outside the box which is why you make "complicated" patients feel like crap!!!
