Jeffrey Del Bosque taught me invaluable skills to control my anxiety and depression without having to rely heavily on medications. I appreciated his holistic approach and alternative methods to the many years of traditional counseling I have experienced. In the short year I saw Jeffrey, I learned more coping skills and grounding techniques than I had in 20 years of psychotherapy and medication management.
