Jeff is excellent. I went to him for psychotherapy around my Adult Child of an Alcoholic (ACOA) issues, as well as midlife transition. He helped me see and change the ways in which I tend to pathologize myself/see myself as flawed, supported me through my discovery of my husband's affairs, and worked with me on developing self-love and self-forgiveness. Highly recommend.
