Dr. Weitzen was incredibly efficient and to the point. He forced me to be direct and give simple clear first-impression answers to simple questions. This was very helpful as I am a detail-oriented person who tends to get lost in the details and to think of "efficiency" as bad and low-quality. I am therefore not naturally very efficient. His approach therefore provided a very helpfully-structured environment to get to the bottom of the question: did I have XYZ mental condition or not. This made the visits and diagnosis very clear and informative. The diagnosis was realistic and did not gloss over problems and their possible implications - but was equally realistic about positive possibilities in career and life. I have found this encouraging. Knowing exactly the types of things I find mentally challenging has helped me manage them and give grace to myself about them. Afterward, I heard excellent reviews from mentors of mine highly respected by myself and many others in the community.

Very disrespectful and egotistical. Doesn't seem to care about what you are saying, more so jotting down notes and collecting your co-pay while being extremely demeaning...even bringing political matters into the appointment when it had no relevance to a psychological diagnoses. I would not recommend Jed Weitzen to anyone.

"...She [me] may want to consider pursuing another, less challenging, degree (pre-vet), given that it will be unrealistic for her to complete a DVM curriculum. Pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine and becoming a Veterinarian MAY SIMPLY BE TOO DIFFICULT FOR HER......" Erroneous words that I let affect the rest of my life. I wonder how my life would have been if I hadn't seen this quack. Second opinion: Superior testing results. This man will crush you into smithereens and ruin you.
