Jeannie Pasacreta

This provider was very unreliable to schedule with; cancelling numerous times and at the last minute. She had started me on the wrong medication which gave me horrible side effects and then proceeded to cancel my appointment when I asked for help which forced me to follow up inpatient due to the severity of the side effects.

Dr.Pasacreta has been extremely available to me in my time of crisis. Has promptly adjusted my medications to decrease my anxiety and aid in my recovery. She makes the environment very soothing which allows me to talk with ease. Dr.Pasacreta is always very calm and considerate to my feelings. I so appreciate what she has done for me in my time of need.

Stay away from Dr. Pasacreta and Integrated Mental Health Services, it will be nothing but a disappointment. Serving clients with mental health issues requires a provider to build a strong rapport. One that is based on trust, honesty, and accessibility. Dr. Pasacreta does not represent any of those qualities. She is incredible inconsiderate as a provider and downright criminal. You will schedule appointments with her which she will blow off, reschedule, and cancel the last minute. It is a nightmare trying to schedule with her because you never know if you'll actually get to see her. You will try hard to make appointments with her only to find out she never actually put them into the calendar. Appointments never start on time. While in a session with her, she is often distracted. She is always playing on her computer, never fully paying attention. When she does pay attention, she often talks about herself and doesn't actually guide you to finding solutions.

Switched up my medications and then was a no-show at her own in-home office. Then, I couldn't reach her on phone or get a call back. Bizarre. This was a few years ago. I didn't really think about her until recently when I found out the same thing happened to someone else!! So here's my review.

Dr. Pasacreta is so attentive and kind. I’m so happy that I was referred to her. I can talk to her about anything. Her office is tranquil and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist!

I thought I had the best of both worlds, being able to go to one provider that could prescribe and do therapy, Boy was I wrong. Worst therapist I've seen. Wouldn't show up for appointments, and was constantly late. The game changer for me was when I was in crisis, made and appointment and she was a no show. I shopped showing up for appointments and then she kept calling me to come back to her practice. A big NO! The odd thing was she didn't seem to care about not showing up either.

Nice small independently owned practice run right out of the Dr's home. Everyone is genuinely pleasant, very accommodating, and has generously flexible schedules. Naudeya is a wonderful therapist, she goes above and beyond and really personalizes the experience. Dr. Pasacreta is just as wonderful. She also is a great listener, let's you really "let it out" and very patient. She really takes the time to hear how you feel and how you're doing. Needless to say... 5 STARS!!!!!
